The higher education that Bish Mubarak attained was integral to his success. He received a Bachelor’s degree at the University of Western Ontario, which is one of the most prestigious universities in Canada. More specifically, he attended King’s College, the most exclusive college at the University. This higher education prepared Bish Mubarak well for the business world.

By 1998 Bish Mubarak had his first big breakthrough in the business world after only two years working in business. TBG International was the first breakthrough for Mubarak, it subsequently became one of the leading companies in the Canadian energy industry. He was just twenty-six when he started the business and already exhibited a business acumen that was impressive.

This was the first of many multi-million dollar businesses that Bish Mubarak would start and run in North America. His success has not been limited by geography, he has started successful ventures in Canada, and in many of the states in the United States.

Bish Mubarak also has a real passion for mentoring others. He has developed a mentoring and training methodology called the “Journey System”, which he has utilized to mentor over fifty thousand people. Many of these people have stayed in the energy industry and achieved great success there.
